Orders will be processed at our warehouse in Ohio within 1-3 business days. You will receive email communication from [email protected] when your order has been shipped and delivered. Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to arrive once it's been shipped.

If your order is lost in transit and you purchased SavedBy Package Protection during checkout, please file a claim directly with them. They will resolve your claim within 24 hours: https://savedby.io/file-a-claim


June 2025 Update:

We recently started using YunExpress as our standard shipping carrier. There are issues with YunExpress and Shop App tracking. The Shop App is not providing the correct shipping updates, and this has been reported to them. They are working on resolving this issue, but for now, please use the following link to track your ILIA order if it shipped through YunExpress: https://www.yuntrack.com/

YunExpress switches to either USPS, UniUni, or Gofo for final delivery. You'll see that information on the YunExpress tracking page as well.
