We have a generous 60-day return policy. If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly offer a refund or store credit within 60 days of purchase from iliabeauty.com, excluding the original shipping cost. Gifts with purchases (free items) in your order are not eligible for a return or exchange. Any product labeled as "final sale" on the product page is also not eligible for a return or exchange.
If you are instructed to ship your return, there is no restocking fee, and you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy.
If you purchased outside of iliabeauty.com, please contact your point of purchase, as they should honor their return policy. We cannot issue refunds if a purchase was not made on our website.
