We have a generous 60-day return policy. If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly offer a refund or store credit within 60 days of purchase from iliabeauty.com, excluding the original shipping cost. Products that are not eligible for return are labeled as "final sale" on the product page, and include the following items: The Mini Lip Sketch Duo, The Mini Eye Stylus Trio, The Ethereal Baked Face Palette, The Beauty of Clean Makeup Set, The Limitless Lash Duo, The Mascara Duo, and The Travel Skincare Set. 

If you are instructed to ship your return, there is no restocking fee, and you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy.

If you purchased outside of iliabeauty.com, please contact your point of purchase, as they should honor their return policy. We cannot issue refunds if a purchase was not made on our website.
