We have a generous 60-day return policy. If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly offer a refund or store credit within 60 days of purchase from iliabeauty.com excluding the original shipping cost. 40% off items, pre-packaged sets, and limited edition items are final sale.

If you are instructed to ship your return, there is no restocking fee and you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy.
