We have a generous 60-day return policy. If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly offer a refund or store credit within 60 days of purchase from iliabeauty.com excluding the original shipping cost. Sale items and pre-packed sets final sale. If you are instructed to ship your return, there is no restocking fee and you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label.
We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy.
If you purchased outside of iliabeauty.com, please contact your point of purchase as they should honor their return policy for you. We are unable to provide refunds if a purchase was not made on our website.
