U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50.00 before tax and after the discount. You receive free shipping for all recurring orders as well. 


Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after being placed on iliabeauty.com and ship from our warehouse in Columbus, OH. Shipping time frames do not include processing times.

Looking to review your order by Mother's Day? Order with standard shipping no later than 5/1. You can also take advantage of our free 2-day shipping when selected at checkout from 5/1-5/7 to receive it by then!

International Shipping (excluding Canada and UK)

International orders purchased from ILIA Beauty are shipped within 3 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 10-14 business days*** of its ship date. We're unable to ship to international P.O. boxes. If you entered an international P.O. box as your delivery address, we will reach out to get an alternative address, which may delay your delivery.

***Actual number of days may vary based upon origin, destination, and customs delays. 

Orders that are shipped outside of the U.S. may be required to pay taxes and duties upon delivery. Knowledge and payment of these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed by ILIA Beauty. For more information, please check with your local customs before placing your order.
