At ILIA Beauty, we are dedicated to creating clean, effective products that our customers love.
If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly offer a refund or store credit on gently used products within 60 days of purchase from iliabeauty.com (minus the original shipping cost). We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or sets. There is no restocking fee, and if you're instructed to return your items, you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label.
We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy.
How to Get Your Return or Exchange Started
Please visit our returns portal to start the return process using your order number and U.S. zip code. You can follow the link here: https://returns.iliabeauty.com/
Once the return is processed, you'll have the option to select a store credit to go towards a new purchase, or you can opt for a refund to your original form of payment! If necessary, our system will provide a free prepaid return label so that you can send your items back to us and if you opted for a store credit, once your order is scanned you'll receive the credit via email.
When will I get my refund?
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive it. Please be aware that there may be an additional waiting period from your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
