International Shipping: Orders ship within 7 business days of purchase and typically arrive 10-15 business days after that. We're unable to ship to international P.O. boxes. If you entered an international P.O. box as your delivery address, we will reach out to get an alternative address, which may delay your delivery. *Actual number of days may vary based upon origin, destination, and customs delays.
International orders shipping from the U.S. have a $30 flat rate shipping fee and are subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. Knowledge and payment of these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed by ILIA Beauty. For more information, please check with your local customs before placing your order.
Please note, we ship internationally from our U.S. warehouse to most countries. However, customers in Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the UK should order from the appropriate iliabeauty.com/en- store because orders there ship from a Canada or UK warehouse instead.
