How long does shipping and delivery take?Updated 3 days ago

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $50.00 before tax and after the discount. You receive free standard shipping for all recurring orders. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days and ship from our warehouse in Columbus, OH. Shipping time frames do not include processing times. *Orders ship Monday-Friday

Standard Shipping ($5.99): Delivery within 4-6 business days after the order has been processed. Orders ship via USPS or UPS SurePost, and are always delivered by USPS.

Expedited Shipping ($18.99): Delivery within 2 business days after your order ships out, via UPS. Expedited orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The processing time is still 1-3 business days regardless of the shipping method.

Rushed Shipping ($30): Delivery within 1 business day after your order ships out, via UPS. Rushed orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The processing time is still 1-3 business days regardless of the shipping method.

International Shipping: Delivery in 10-15 business days, via multiple networks and carriers. Duties are covered by the customer.

International Shipping (excluding Canada and UK)

International orders purchased from ILIA Beauty are shipped within 7 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 10-15 business days*** of its ship date. We're unable to ship to international P.O. boxes. If you entered an international P.O. box as your delivery address, we will reach out to get an alternative address, which may delay your delivery.

***Actual number of days may vary based upon origin, destination, and customs delays. 

Orders that are shipped outside of the U.S. have a $30 flat rate shipping fee. These orders that are shipped outside of the U.S. may be required to pay taxes and duties upon delivery.  Knowledge and payment of these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed by ILIA Beauty.
