How do I track my order?Updated 12 days ago

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. The subject line will include "Order [#] has shipped." and there will be a "Track Package" button.

If you haven't received your shipping notification, please check your email and spam folder for an email from [email protected]. You can also enter the tracking number into our tracking page here using your order number: https://iliabeauty.mymalomo.com/


Tracking information may not be immediately available once the tracking is live. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier system. If you don't see any updates within 3 business days, please contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] or use our Contact Form here: https://support.iliabeauty.com/en-US/contact


June 2025 Update:

We recently started using YunExpress as our standard shipping carrier. There are issues with YunExpress and Shop App tracking. The Shop App is not providing the correct shipping updates, and this has been reported to them. They are working on resolving this issue, but for now, please use the following link to track your ILIA order if it shipped through YunExpress: https://www.yuntrack.com/

YunExpress switches to either USPS, UniUni, or Gofo for final delivery. You'll see that information on the YunExpress tracking page as well.
