Please visit our returns portal to start the exchange process using your order number and U.S. zip code. You can follow the link here: https://returns.iliabeauty.com/

During the process, you will opt-in for a store credit to go towards a new purchase. You'll then place an order as normally would and insert the store credit code during checkout. If necessary, our system will provide a free prepaid return label so that you can send your items back to us and once your order is scanned you'll receive the credit via email.
