How to Join?

Creating an ILIA account automatically enrolls you in the ILIA VIP Rewards Program. There’s no separate sign-up needed.


How do I earn points?

You earn points automatically when you:

  • Shopping: 1–4 points per $1, depending on your VIP tier

  • Following ILIA on Instagram or Facebook: 20 points each

  • Writing reviews (text, photo, or video): 25 points

  • Getting shade matched: 25 points

  • Joining the program: 50 points

  • Taking the ILIA VIP Quiz: 200 points

  • Birthday reward: 500 points

  • Referring a friend: 2,000 points

    • Earn 1 point per $1

    • Get free standard shipping

  • Super Tier (Spend $500+)

    • Earn 3 points per $1

How do I redeem my points?

You can use your points for discounts during checkout:

  • 500 points = $5 off

  • 1,000 points = $10 off

  • 1,500 points = $15 off

Redemption options:

  • If you’re using ILIA checkout or express checkout, apply your points directly from the cart in $5, $10, or $15 increments. Alternatively, you can copy the code and paste it at checkout.

  • You can combine points with a promo code! Just make sure to apply your ILIA VIP reward in the cart and enter your promo code at checkout.

What is ILIA VIP?

  • ILIA VIP is our free-to-join loyalty program. As a member, you earn points for shopping, leaving reviews, following us on social, and more. Redeem points as discounts on future orders— the more you earn, the better your benefits.

Who can join?

  • The ILIA VIP program is available to everyone. Customers with an ILIA account are automatically enrolled in the program; no additional sign-up needed.

Where can I report a problem or send feedback?

  • You can share your feedback or report any issues through your current support interaction. Our team will make sure it gets to the right place.

How do I leave the program?

  • If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. Please note that you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

  • Just let our support team know you'd like to rejoin the ILIA VIP program, or sign up for an account again. Please note: Points or tier status earned before cancellation can’t be reinstated.

Do subscription orders qualify for reward loyalty points?
  • Yes, you’ll earn points on the purchase price for every subscription order.

How do I view my point balance?
  • Your point balance is displayed on your account's home screen, and you can view it by clicking on "View Rewards".

How do I redeem my points?
  • You can enter the number of points you'd like to redeem when you are checking out, or you can paste your voucher code into the "Discount code or gift card" box and click apply.

Can I use my points and a promo code?
  • Yes. Since you can enter the number of points you'd like to redeem when you are checking out, or you can paste your voucher code into the "Discount code or gift card" box and click apply.

  • You will then also enter your discount code in the "Discount code or gift card" box and click apply.

If I return items that I earned points for do I get to keep the points?
  • If you return an item, the points you earned for it will be deducted from your points balance.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
  • There are no limits— go ahead and earn as many as you can!

Is there a limit to how many product reviews I can earn points for?
  • There’s no limit—the more you review, the more points you earn.

What happens to my points if I cancel an order after redeeming a reward?
  • Let us know your order number, and we’ll be happy to restore the points to your account.

My points aren't reflecting properly in my account
  • If your points aren’t showing up correctly, let’s notify the proper team. They’ll review your account and make any necessary adjustments.

How do I see which tier I'm in?
  • You can view your tier under My Tier on your ILIA VIP page.

How long do I qualify for each tier?
  • Once you qualify for a tier, you'll retain your status for one full year.

How do I use my free shipping benefit?
  • Tier-specific benefits, like free shipping, will automatically be added when logged into your account.

What do ‘approved,’ ‘pending,’ and ‘canceled’ mean?
  • Approved — These points are available and can be redeemed immediately

  • Pending — These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and reviews. It can take up to 7 days for your points to be available.

  • Canceled — These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase that earned you points.

I completed an activity. Why haven’t I earned points yet?
  • Sometimes it takes a few minutes for points to process on instant actions like following us on social media. Other activities that require verification (including leaving a review or placing an order) may take up to a week to process.
