Canada Return Policy

At ILIA Beauty, we are dedicated to creating clean, effective products that our customers love.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund on gently used products within 60 days of purchase from https://iliabeauty.com/en-ca (minus the original cost of shipping). Gifts with purchases (free items) in your order are not eligible for a return or exchange. Any product labeled as "final sale" on the product page is also not eligible for a return or exchange.

We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy.

If you purchased outside of iliabeauty.com, please contact your point of purchase, as they should honor their return policy.

When will I get my refund?

Once a refund is issued, please allow up to 10 business days to see it reflected on your original form of payment. If you opt-in for exchange, we'll issue you a store credit to purchase a new product.
