If you’re not satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund on gently used products within 60 days of purchase from https://iliabeauty.com/en-fr (minus the original cost of shipping). Products that are not eligible for return are labeled as "final sale" on the product page, and include the following items: The Mini Lip Sketch Duo, The Mini Eye Stylus Trio, The Ethereal Baked Face Palette, Minis for Any Mood Set, The Limitless Lash Duo, The Mascara Duo, The Beauty of Balm Set, and The Brush Edit Set.

We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy.

When will I get my refund?
