My order was marked delivered but I can't find it- What should I do?

Sometimes packages will be marked delivered 24-48 hours in advance by the mail carrier. Please check your front and back porches, side doors, garage areas, and neighbors to make sure your package wasn't hidden or delivered to the wrong address. 

If it has been over 48 hours since your order was marked as delivered, we can certainly help. Please contact us so we can further assist you.

My item arrived damaged- What should I do?
