To check the status of your order, you can log into your ILIA Beauty account, or create your account. Click on "View Orders" to get the latest information. To create or log in to your ILIA Beauty account, please follow this link: https://iliabeauty.com/account/login. 

You'll receive email confirmations for the following statuses as well:

1. Order Confirmation
2. Order Shipped
3. Order is Out for Delivery
4. Order Delivered

If you are not seeing emails for your email, please add [email protected] to your address book to prevent them from going to your spam folder.
