What If I need to edit or cancel my ILIA Beauty U.K. order?

In an effort to ship your products as soon as possible, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Once orders are submitted, we have a 45-minute window to modify and/or cancel your order during business hours. Please note, we'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee we'll be able to modify or cancel it. If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order and it will need to be processed as a return once it's received.
