Are ILIA product made with natural or synthetic ingredients?Updated 2 months ago

All of our products are a hybrid of natural and organic ingredients, active botanicals and safe synthetics. We have always used safely-selected synthetic ingredients and look to a multitude of research and consult with chemistry and regulatory experts to inform which ones are proven to be safest for humans and the environment. 

We are committed to transparency so we disclose all ingredients and derivatives in our ingredient lists, which is not a requirement in the U.S. All ILIA products are free of Parabens, Phthalates, Sulfates, and Talc among many other substances. We will continue to educate further on why we believe not every natural ingredient is good for the skin, and not every synthetic is bad.
